The global quarantine and #stayathome order have disrupted our normal, daily routines in many ways. On top of everything else, forced isolation is likely to endanger our healthy sleep.
Here’s what you can do to take care of this vital bodily function:
🌻 Expose yourself to morning sunlight at least for 1 hour every day. Being outside is best, but even staying in front of an east-facing window will do.
🤸 Make sure to make consistent physical activity part of your daily routine.
🧘♂️ Try using relaxation or meditation techniques before going to bed.
🌚 Keep your bedroom dark and quiet, and save your bed for sleeping, not working, watching TV, eating, or any other activities.
